Martin Perez is the Chief Executive Officer of NESA Energy. He brings extensive global leadership experience across industrial, manufacturing, and energy-related businesses, spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Before joining NESA, Martin served as Group President of Composite Technologies at MATTR (TSX: MATR, formerly Shawcor), where he led a global platform with seven manufacturing sites and more than 1,100 employees. Under his leadership, the business doubled its revenue to approximately $ 600 million and achieved significant profitability growth.
Prior to MATTR, Martin held senior commercial and regional leadership roles at Innovex International (NYSE: INVX, formerly Rubicon Oilfield International). He oversaw operations across multiple countries, drove profitability expansion in key regions, and managed global strategic accounts with major operators and service companies. His work strengthened the company international footprint and positioned the business for sustained growth.
Based in Houston, Martin is leading NESA through its next phase of growth, with a clear mandate to scale the company's proven technology, accelerate innovation, and expand its presence across the United States. He is focused on strengthening NESA's impact in wellbore integrity and deployment efficiency, ensuring operators receive reliable, field-validated solutions manufactured in the United States.
