Roger Antonsen is the Co-Founder of i-TEC Well Solutions AS, Phoenix Completions LLC, NESA Energy LLC, founder and CEO of Comitt Well Solutions LLC.
Antonsen has 20+ years of experience in the petroleum industry where he was the first to develop the world’s first gas tight barrier plug and stage cement system. Developed hydraulic frac and refract system and lead his company to become the world leader in frac placement. He has participated in founding and co-founding four companies that currently employ over 150 people. As a by-product of his work, he currently holds over 30+ patents and several more pending.
Antonsen is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Norwegian-American Chamber of Commerce, as well as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
He also serves or has served on the board of directors of i-Tec AS, COMITT Well Solutions LLC, Ziebel AS, Phoenix Completions LLC and NESA Energy LLC. Mr. Antonsen has also participated as Chairman or CEO of three oil and gas exits. Mr. Antonsen’s educational background stems from avionics, electronics, and mechanics.
Jeroen Nijhof is one of the co-founders of NESA Energy. Mr. Nijhof has over 25 years of International (deep water) drilling operations and field development experience, within a major Operating Company environment comprising of assignments throughout Europe, North Africa, Middle East, and Azerbaijan.
Highly experienced in drilling engineering, project management, wells superintendent and well site supervision (platform, land, HDJU, and Semi submersible). Strong technical and engineering background with experience in drilling, production, and completions engineering. Expertise to specialized in wellbore integrity and zonal isolation.
Mr. Nijhof’s educational background stems from drilling & production technology and mechanical & automation technics.
MICHAEL CHARLES

Michael brings over three decades of multidisciplinary expertise in geology, environmental science, and chemistry, with a career spanning both public and private sectors. He began his professional journey in 1987 in the petroleum industry, working offshore in the Norwegian sector. His early experience laid a strong foundation in field operations.
In the 1990s, Michael transitioned to the public sector, where he managed a laboratory serving Oslo’s drinking water and sewage systems. Under his leadership, the facility achieved ISO 17025 accreditation, reflecting his commitment to quality and regulatory excellence.
Michael returned to the petroleum industry in 1997, taking on roles across several companies with a focus on QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) and natural environmental management. His work has emphasized chemical safety, carbon accounting, and sustainability certifications, including ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certification.
He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Earth Sciences from Oxford Brookes University and a Master’s degree in Biogeochemistry from Newcastle University, UK.
A highly experienced and competent business and technical manager in the upstream oil and gas industry. 31 years of work experience, whereas 15 years are in the Middle East and APAC with extensive knowledge of the well construction and downhole tool industry. Specialized knowledge in the development of new technology and the commercialization process.
Has a successful track record in leading sales and business development teams and achieving exceptional business growth. Possesses a very strong global network including NOC's, IOC's, and services companies in Eastern Hemisphere.

Laurence Sperbund has over 30 years of experience with marketing and design. Not only was she the CEO of a successful publishing company in Norway but has also worked as an Art Director in the AEC, fashion, and petroleum industry.
As an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, she’s made her unique mark through her experience in Design, B2B Marketing, Digital Strategy, Profile Planning & Management, and Website design. Combining corporate marketing management and her design background allows for creative graphics, innovative marketing, technologies, and products realization, generating investors and companies’ incomparable success. Optimistic, persistent, precise and innovative, she approaches marketing with an invigorating mindset to ensure results.
JAN TERJE LEA

Jan T. Lea has 30 years of finance and accounting experience, working with international oilfield services companies in North America, Norway and the Middle East. He started his career as a project cost controller for large offshore rig projects at NOV. A US and Norwegian dual citizen he had his base in Houston since 1997 helping numerous companies establish and maintain a robust finance and administration infrastructure.
Mr. Lea has held several CFO and Board of Directors positions, and he has a Bachelor with Honors degree in Economics from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
Michael has an extensive Research and Development background creating disruptive technology within the industries of Oil and Gas, Defense, and Aerospace. He has over a decade of experience specifically in downhole tool design, manufacturing, and large-scale testing applications.
He has helped organizations become and remain AS9100, IPC, ISO9001 compliant. Heavily experienced in project planning and streamlining procedures/processes to improve manufacturability, production, and cost reductions without degrading quality workmanship. Michael has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Forrest’s legal practice includes a full-suite of general counsel services. Forrest routinely advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and multi-national corporations in respect of entity formation and operational stand-up, corporate governance, equity financing, M&A, real estate and general operations.
