Cementing applications
RotaCEM™ Rotational Cementing Technology
MultiCEM™ Integrated Cementing System

Key Industry Problems Solved
Poor zonal isolation due to inadequate mud displacement
High risk of gas migration and channeling
Limited ability to rotate casing during cementing
Inconsistent cement placement in deviated and horizontal wells
What RotaCEM Enables
Controlled rotation of casing during cement placement
Improved mud removal and cement bonding
Enhanced well integrity and long-term barrier performance
Reduced need for remedial cementing operations
Why It Is Unique
Purpose-built for rotation during cementing, not just deployment
Enables rotation across multiple stages when combined with stage tools
Designed for modern extended reach and complex well geometries
Strong fit for CCS, HPHT, and high-integrity wells
Key Industry Problems Solved
Complex integration of multiple tools in cementing strings
Limited ability to perform multi-stage cementing with rotation
High operational risk in long and complex wells
What MultiCEM Enables
Integrated system for stage cementing with rotation capability
Simplifies tool string design and execution
Supports selective rotation of each cementing stage
Why It Is Unique
Enables true multi-stage rotational cementing
Works in combination with ECPs and stage tools
Provides system-level solution, not just individual tools

StrokeMAX™ Reciprocation Tool
Key Industry Problems Solved
Limited pipe movement during cementing
Poor cement displacement in horizontal sections
Inability to combine rotation and reciprocation effectively
What StrokeMAX Enables
Controlled reciprocation (up/down movement) of casing
Improved cement placement and hole cleaning
Enhanced displacement efficiency in long laterals
Why It Is Unique
Can be combined with RotaMAX and RotaCEM for full motion control
Enables both rotation and reciprocation in the same system
Increases cementing success in extended reach wells
NESA’s solution is to place our StrokeMAX above the RotaCEM assembly. This will allow the upper part of the casing to be lifted from the wellhead after landing the casing string and cemented the first stage. StrokeMAX can also be used on long string application to secure pipe integrity to avoid parting during stimulation temperature fluctuation of your completion.
